The Aastra IntelliGate is able to provide a suite of applications to improve the efficiency and productivity of the phone users:
- CTI has enabled Henriques Griffiths employees to see who is calling and bring’s up a customer history on their PC screen in real-time, thus saving time and money as well as improving business efficiency.
- Screen based Extension status and Busy Lamp Field available for every extension which allows all the staff to be aware of the whereabouts of their colleagues.
- Outlook calendar integration with the exchange server allows individuals to send Outlook appointment reminders directly to their phones.
